One job: your first 100 customers
First 100 is a sidekick for people building something on the side of a full life. It finds the people already asking for what you sell, and makes showing up every day take seconds instead of an evening.
What it actually is
Two halves of the same job. The first is a finder: paste your website and First 100 reads it, then writes a sharp profile of who your customer really is — who has the problem now, who only looks like a fit, and the exact words real people use for it. Then it sweeps the communities where those people gather and brings back the ones asking for help, each with a receipt you can click.
The second is the daily ritual: your posts sit prepped and waiting — caption, image, hashtags — so shipping one is a share and a paste on your phone. About five seconds. Do that daily and you stop being invisible.
The interesting part is where they meet. The phrases the finder mines from real customers become the words your posts are written in. That loop is why the tool gets sharper the longer you use it — and why it isn't something you could get from a generic chatbot.
Who it's for
The employed side-hustler. You have a day job, a product you believe in, and roughly three and a half minutes a day to market it. Every other tool in this category assumes you are a full-time marketer with a content calendar and a team. This one assumes you are tired, short on time, and would rather ship one good post than plan thirty.
The promise: we'll get you to your first 100 — and give you back three of those minutes.
Why it exists
Because the hardest part of starting isn't building. It's the silence afterwards. You ship something good and nobody knows it exists, so you post into the void, guess at who your customer is, and burn the little time you have on the wrong platforms.
The insight the product is built on came out of a failed experiment: the valuable output was never “here are threads to reply to.” It was “here is who your customer actually is, in their own words, and where they are.” Everything else is downstream of knowing that — which is why the customer profile is the first thing First 100 gives you, before you've configured a single thing.
What it will never do
Never posts for you
Every post ships when you tap share. We hand it to your phone; your brand stays yours.
Never touches your accounts
No logins, no OAuth, no social passwords — ever. Nothing to get hacked, nothing to break when an API changes.
Never an AI firehose
AI drafting is opt-in and in your customers' vocabulary. Uploading your own content is free in every plan, forever.
It also never DMs anyone, never automates engagement, and never bulk-replies in communities. That restraint isn't a missing feature — it's what keeps you welcome in the places your customers actually are, and it's why the product works on platforms that have no API at all.
Who's behind it
One person, building in the evenings — the exact user this is for. First 100 is dogfooded daily on its maker's own small products (chat2Sheet among them), which is why the roadmap is unusually stubborn about the boring parts: it has to be genuinely fast on a phone, cheap to run, and honest about what it can't do.
That also sets your expectations fairly. This is a solo project, not a funded company with a support desk. Email reaches a human — me — and usually within a couple of days.
The honest bits
- Three plans, all paid, each starting with a 7-day free trial. No card to start. During the trial you see a slice of what the finder brings back; a plan reveals all of it.
- Reddit first. At launch the finder reads Reddit. More channels are coming, but we'd rather cover one place properly than five badly — and we'll say so plainly if your customers aren't there.
- Your corrections are yours. Every 👍 and 👎 sharpens your own finder. That labelled history is the part that compounds, and it isn't shared with anyone else.
- AI is a layer, not the foundation. The upload-your-own-content path costs nothing to run and is always available, in every plan.
Your first 100 are out there right now.
